Chili Chicken Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. tortilla chips, slightly crushed
    1 lb. chicken breasts, cubed
    1 small onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (17 oz.) can corn, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Line bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish with chips.
    Saute chicken, onion and garlic in oil.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheeses.
    Pour over chips. Sprinkle grated cheeses on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
