Bami(Pronounced Bah-Me) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. lean pork, ham or chicken
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. linguine
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 cloves garlic
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 c. finely cut cabbage
    1 pkg. frozen snow peas
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil, then fry the meat.
    Add garlic (use garlic press) and onions.
    When onions are transparent, add celery and cabbage.
    Add pepper.
    Stir-fry.
    Add snow peas.
    Mix in linguine (cooked al dente).
    Add soy sauce and stir well over medium heat.
