Ingredients

1 c. loganberries
1 c. black currants
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. water
cookies to serve (if desired)
1 c. raspberries
1 c. strawberry halves
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 vanilla bean
Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine fruit, sugar, lemon juice, water and vanilla bean.
Gently stir over very low heat until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and cool.
Discard vanilla bean. Pour fruit into a glass serving bowl and chill.
Serve with cookies, if desired.
Serves 4.
