Burnt Cremes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. whipping cream
1 c. sugar
8 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat cream over low heat until bubbles form around edges. Beat egg yolks and sugar together until thick.
Beating constantly, pour in cream and vanilla.
Pour mixture into porridges.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
When done and cool, sprinkle with sugar and place under broiler until medium brown.
