Spring Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. ground marjoram
2 c. cooked cut green asparagus
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
2 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
1 1/2 c. bite-sized toasted corn cereal, crushed to 1 c.
Preparation

Blend together soup, cheese, 1/4 teaspoon marjoram and asparagus liquid.
Carefully mix in asparagus and eggs.
Pour into a buttered casserole.
Combine butter or oleo and 1/8 teaspoon marjoram.
Add cereal crumbs.
Stir to coat evenly.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
