Pineapple Cake Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. oleo, melted
1 can (4 oz.) coconut
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
Cook and stir until thick.
Cool.
Spread on 2 layers of cake.
Use yellow or white cake mixes.
