All Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked carrots
2 c. green beans
2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 can mushrooms
1 large can cooked and peeled tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
4 tsp. tapioca (uncooked)
Preparation

Mix together carrots, green beans, diced celery, diced onions, diced green peppers, mushroom bits and pieces, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle tapioca over top to blend in. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
