Bertie'S Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 uncooked pie shell
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. Baker's coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, sugar and margarine together. Add coconut.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
