Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large baking potatoes
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1/3 c. grated cheese
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation

Bake potatoes until very tender.
Cut open and scoop out potato, leaving 1/8-inch in shell.
Mix or blend remaining ingredients.
Add scooped out potatoes and mix well and spoon back into shell.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
