Parsley Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Peacemaker flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. Oakfarms milk
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add parsley.
Combine beaten egg, milk and shortening.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring only until flour is moistened.
Drop by spoonfuls onto stew.
Cover closely and cook 15 minutes.
