Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. canola oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    3 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplement
    24 oz. water
    1 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes, peeled
    1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    3 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled until tender
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. parsley
    Mrs. Dash extra spicy seasoning to taste
    1 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    In a nonstick skillet, add the canola oil and brown onions, celery and green peppers.
    Dissolve tomato soup in water; set aside.
    Transfer entire skillet mixture to saucepan; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Simmer approximately 1 hour until tender.
