Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    3/8 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Cut in butter and then add baking powder, egg and milk.
    Save 1/4 cup of mixture.
    After butter is cut in, sprinkle this over top of cake. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
