Chili Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions, diced
1 green pepper
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
2 (16 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes
1 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 bay leaves
2 (16 oz.) cans chili beans
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain any fat. Saute onions and green pepper. Add all ingredients. Heat to boiling. Then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, covered. Serve with grated cheese on top.
