Philip'S Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. beef short ribs
    2 (28 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. Cavender's seasoning
    1 tsp. Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
    diced vegetables *
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/4 lb. boneless stew meat
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. Paul Prudhomme seasoning
Preparation
    *Three onions, 1 to 2 potatoes, 1 medium turnip, 2 to 3 medium rutabagas, 3 or more ribs of celery (sliced) and 3 or more carrots (sliced) may be used.
