Chafing Dish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 to 2/3 c. minced onions
1 egg (optional)
1 (12 oz.) jar bottled chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
Preparation

Mix first 11 ingredients together; form into small balls and fry until done. Drain on paper towels. Cool and freeze.
