South Of The Border Hot Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes (Del Monte)
    1 can diced chili tomatoes (Rotelli)
    1 Tbsp. light oil
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 diced onion
    pinch of black pepper
    3 to 4 pinches fresh cilantro (to taste)
    diced fresh tomatoes to taste
    chopped jalapenos to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Let stew for 2 hours on low heat. Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve hot (reheated) or cold.
