Chicken Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Set aside 1/2 cup broth from chicken.
    Cut chicken in bite size pieces.
    Set aside.
    Combine soups, milk and 1/2 cup reserved broth in pan.
    Cook until heated through, stirring well.
    Combine stuffing mix and melted oleo. Spread half in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Layer chicken on top of stuffing; pour soup over chicken and top with remainder of stuffing mix.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
