Creamy Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cut shredded green cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrots (about 1 medium carrot)
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 Tbsp. apple juice
3/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Combine cabbage and carrots in large bowl.
In another bowl, combine ingredients and add to cabbage mixture and toss well. Yields 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
Contains 30 calories each serving.
