Cheesy Burger Pie - cooking recipe

2 unbaked (9-inch) pie crusts
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. cubed processed cheese spread
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0. In a large skillet, brown beef and onion. Drain off all fat from beef. Stir in mustard, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Spoon 1/2 of beef mixture evenly into crust-lined pan. Top with cheese cubes. Add remaining beef. Spread evenly and drizzle with ketchup. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese. Top with second crust. Seal edges and flute. Cut holes in top crust. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown. Serves 8.
