Grandmother Clark Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, cut into serving size portions
    salt
    pepper
    salad oil
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and flour steak portions; brown fairly quick in hot salad oil.
    Blot excess salad oil and place in tightly covered roaster (or Dutch oven).
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 275\u00b0.
    This will be a very moist steak.
    (Spray pan with Pam.)
    Can serve with cream gravy.
