Pumpkin Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon *
1 tsp. ginger *
1 can evaporated milk
6 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick oleo
1 container Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix all but last three ingredients together thoroughly and pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cut oleo into dry cake mix. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool.
Cover with large Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
