Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 pork chops (cut 1/2 to 1-inch thick)
1 tube (inner pkg.) saltine crackers
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 c. potato chips, finely crushed
1 c. bread crumbs
1 stick butter
white pepper and onion salt to taste
Preparation

Crush saltine crackers; mix with crushed potato chips and bread crumbs.
Dredge chops with flour.
Mix egg and milk.
Coat with crumb mixture.
Melt butter in frying pan; brown both sides of chops.
Place in a pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.
