Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    salt
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Clean and flake salmon.
    Add ingredients; mix well.
    Shape into balls.
    Dip in crumbs again; pan-fry in margarine or butter.
