Peach Ice Cream(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 Fresh Peaches
    1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin
    2 Cups Low Fat Milk
    1 Cup Low Fat Plain Yogurt
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1 Tbsp. Vanilla
Preparation
    Chop enough peaches to make 1 Cup.
    Puree remaining peaches in blender or food processor to measure 2 1/2 cups.
    Sprinkle gelatin over milk in medium saucepan.
    Let stand one minute to soften.
