Mushroom Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    6 Tbsp. butter, divided
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain well.
    Season with salt, pepper and 3 tablespoons butter.
    Place spinach in a buttered 10-inch pie pan and
    cover with 1/2 pound grated cheese and onions.
    Saute mushrooms in
    3
    or 4 tablespoons of butter.
    Spread on top of spinach
    and
    cheese.
    Cover
    the mushrooms with remaining 1/2 pound grated
    cheese.
    Bake
    for
    20
    minutes at 350\u00b0 or until hot.
    Serves 8.
