German Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 pork chops
chopped onions (about 1 large)
diced green peppers (about 1 large)
1 can stewed tomatoes
3 bay leaves
parsley
Preparation

Brown pork chops in skillet.
Brown onions and peppers.
Pour off grease.
Strain tomatoes and add them to chops, onions and peppers.
Simmer with the bay leaves until tender.
Remove the chops and thicken liquid with 1 teaspoon flour.
Use this gravy over chops.
Garnish with parsley.
