Chicken Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 or 2 lb. chicken fryer
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. grease
Preparation
    Cook fryer chicken down.
    Put grease in a skillet.
    Let it get medium hot.
    Add flour until all is mixed well and brown.
    Pour 1 quart of water in the skillet.
    Put over chicken.
    Let simmer for 30 minutes.
    May add more water if needed.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
