Quick Sherbet Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 gal. pineapple, lime or orange sherbet
10 1/2 c. ginger ale, chilled
Preparation

Just before serving, spoon sherbet into punch bowl by heaping tablespoonfuls.
Slowly pour chilled ginger ale over sherbet, stirring gently.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4 1/2 quarts.
