Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef or pork roast
2 (10 oz.) cans tomatoes and green chilies
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans taco sauce
1 large onion
1 tsp. oregano
tortillas
Preparation

Boil meat until tender. Grind or pull apart in strings as coarse as possible. Add other ingredients to water that is left from roast. Simmer until onions are tender. Serve with tortillas.
