Low-Fat Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag baked Tostitos chips (1 gram fat per serving)
1 container no-fat sour cream
1 container Tostitos cheese dip (2 grams fat per serving)
1 can no-fat refried beans
lettuce
tomato
onions
salsa or picante sauce
Preparation

Place chips, cheese and refried beans on plate and microwave until warm.
Place other ingredients on top.
Use other low or no-fat toppings, if desired.
May cut this down for 1 serving or increase the amount for more people.
