Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bunch broccoli, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 beef or chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. milk, thickened with 1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer onion, broccoli and water for 10 minutes.
    Add beef or chicken bouillon cube and milk thickened with flour.
    Simmer (do not boil).
    Just before serving, add Velveeta cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir enough to melt cheese.
