Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large egg whites
    1/3 c. pure maple syrup
    3 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
    1 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (pure)
    1 tsp. each: cinnamon, allspice, cloves and nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. orange zest
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats (not quick)
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. chopped pecans and dried cranberries
Preparation
    Whisk egg whites until frothy.
    Whisk in maple syrup, juice and milk.
    Add spices and zest.
    Whisk to blend.
    Stir in oats, flour and powder with wooden spoon.
    Fold in the rest.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake about 20 minutes until firm in center.
