Rice Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 large onion, diced
    flour
    1 qt. tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, rice, pepper, onion, salt and pepper.
    Shape into balls.
    Roll in flour; drop in boiling tomato juice.
    Reduce heat and simmer for one hour.
