Mom'S Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt or less to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped chicken
1/2 head shredded cabbage
1/3 head chopped lettuce
4 c. chopped green onions (optional) or 2 c. onion flakes
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Mix and refrigerate vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Brown almonds and sesame seed on cookie sheet for maybe 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Watch carefully.
Take out and let cool.
Mix dressing, chicken, lettuce, cabbage, onions and almond and sesame seed all together.
Enjoy; this is a wonderful salad.
