Nifty Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Stack tortillas.
    Cut the stack into 8 wedges to make a total of 40 wedges.
    Spread wedges evenly in single layer on 2 medium baking sheets.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until wedges are dry and crisp.
