Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small can water
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. nacho chips, crushed
    salt as desired
    pepper as desired
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and pepper together until done.
    Add all other ingredients, reserving 1/3 cup cheese and 1/3 cup crushed chips.
    Mix well; pour into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese and chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Needs to be a little soupy before adding crushed chips; if not, can add a little more water.
