French-Style Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans green peas, drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 small can mushrooms, diced (optional)
Preparation
    Combine green peas with soup and mushrooms in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle top of casserole with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
