Peas And Peanuts Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 green onion
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayo
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. wine vinegar
    3/4 c. salted Spanish style peanuts
Preparation
    Turn peas into colander.
    Run hot water over to thaw.
    Combine peas, cabbage and onion in bowl.
    In separate bowl, blend sour cream, mayo, salt, curry powder, pepper, mustard and vinegar. Pour over cabbage mixture; mix lightly.
    Cover; chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
    Pour peanuts over top of salad; toss lightly just before serving.
