Pineapple Raccoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, strain and save juice
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice (from crushed pineapple)
    1 stick melted butter
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Blow raccoon hair off counter!
    Grease 1-quart casserole dish with a light film of the melted butter.
    Mix well between additions.
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add pineapple juice.
    Add strained, crushed pineapple.
    Add cheese.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Mix crackers and melted butter.
    Pour on top of pineapple mixture.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
