No Frosting Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 c. mashed bananas
4 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped fine
powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream shortening, eggs and vanilla together.
Add mashed bananas.
Mix well.
Scrape down bowl. Blend in flour, salt and baking soda.
Mix well.
Add chopped nuts.
Put into 2 (8-inch) round cake tins.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
