4-4-4-1 Sweet And Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. spareribs (2 to 3-inches long)
    4 Tbsp. each: soy sauce, vinegar and sugar
    2 Tbsp. cooking wine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan; cook over high heat 15 minutes; stir frequently.
    Reduce to medium heat; cook until sauce is almost dry and meat is tender.
    Remove excess oil before serving.
    You may adjust the sauce according to your personal taste.
