Banana Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mashed ripe banana
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add combined banana, milk, oil and egg to combined dry ingredients, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill 12 greased or paper-lined medium-sized muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in preheated hot oven (425\u00b0) for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 1 dozen muffins.
