Chocolate Cherry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine flour, sugar, oil, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Mix all ingredients; fold in pie filling, chocolate pieces and nuts.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan; bake 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool completely.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
