Oatmeal Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 1/4 c. hot milk
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/3 c. honey
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    2 c. oatmeal
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Pour hot milk over oleo, honey and
    salt;
    let
    cool until lukewarm.
    Add 2 cups flour, mix well; add dissolved yeast, oatmeal (uncooked) and stir in 2 more cups
    of flour.
    Knead in 1 to 3 cups flour until dough is soft and
    elastic.
    Let
    rise
    1 hour.
    Punch down and let rise again for 15 minutes.
    Shape into rolls; put in a greased pan and let rise again.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
