Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. frying chickens, skinned and cut up for barbecue
    1 cube butter or margarine, melted with 1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Soak chicken in oil for at least 1/2 hour before cooking; drain well.
    Mix spices together.
    Grill chicken 15 to 20 minutes on both sides.
    Turn and baste with lemon butter sauce; sprinkle with spices.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Turn, baste and sprinkle.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Turn, baste and sprinkle.
    Cook for 10 minutes. Entire cooking time should be from 1 hour and 10 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes, depending on how well done you want it.
    This is done on a Weber or covered barbecue.
