Farmer'S Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs (beat)
    12 oz. pkg. bacon, cut small
    1 pkg. hash browns
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    4 oz. cream cheese
    2 handfuls grated Cheddar
    mushrooms, sliced (optional)
    1/2 lb. sausage or ham (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown bacon (and sausage if using it) in a large frying pan with onion.
    Remove meat from pan.
    Add hash browns and green pepper.
    Cook until brown.
    Return meat to pan.
    Add eggs, cream cheese, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
    Turn frequently.
    Cook until eggs are set.
    Serves 8.
