Italian Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 c. frozen hash browns
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a 1-quart casserole dish, stir green onions, butter, parsley flakes, Italian seasoning and salt together.
    Microwave, covered, on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until onions are tender.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Cook, covered, on High for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Add Parmesan cheese, tossing to coat.
    Makes 4 servings.
