Broccoli And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

1 fresh head cauliflower
1 fresh bunch broccoli
2 c. cooked Minute rice
1 jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 loaf Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Steam cauliflower and broccoli until tender.
Melt cheese into a cheese sauce by adding milk and cooking over low heat.
Combine cooked rice, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and water chestnuts into large casserole.
Add the 2 cans of soup and stir.
If the mixture is too thick, add milk to moisten it.
Pour cheese sauce over entire dish.
Bake covered for about 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
