Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease, line and flour a tube pan. Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add beaten eggs, oil and pumpkin. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick entered in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to cake platter.
    Frost with cream cheese icing and sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts over all.
