Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. shredded American cheese
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion (if desired)
3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
1 pkg. Townhouse crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli in salted water.
Drain.
Mix broccoli, soup, mayonnaise and nuts.
Mix well.
Add onion and eggs.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle top with shredded cheese and crumble Townhouse crackers on top.
Cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Top will be brown.
